L1BRARY LABS

L1BRARY LABS / RESEARCH & VENTURE PORTFOLIO

A portfolio of questions. A discipline for advancing them.

Applied AI and emerging technology, organized around four proposed research verticals and a shared path from experiment to potential venture.

INITIAL PRIORITIES

Three flagships. Distinct next steps.

Commercialization

Cadence ↗

Translate an ongoing product and founder-reported pilot opportunity into a defined commercial test.

Applied AI research

ProofRail / GrokDoc ↗

Establish a reproducible research program for evaluating, monitoring, and improving autonomous systems.

Financial technology research

Nullmark ↗

Investigate AI-assisted credit dispute workflows and verifiable evidence, with explicit validation gates.

Read the evidence at its stated level.

This inventory is based on the founder’s supplied project list and positioning. Technical artifacts, experimental results, collaborator disclosures, and commercialization rights have not yet been verified for publication. Research briefs and proposed experiments are labeled accordingly.

HACKATHON RESEARCH & INDUSTRY CONTEXT

Accelerated research.
Real-world connections.

Our research cycles bring emerging tools into industry-shaped challenges—from financial infrastructure and enterprise AI to sports and media workflows.

The record below combines organizer communications, project submissions, and founder-confirmed context. Email records were reviewed from April 1 through October 26, 2026; private correspondence and access links remain private.

Names identify hackathon organizing, event participation, technology use, or industry context as labeled. They do not imply an endorsement, a client relationship, or a direct commercial partnership. Solana Mobile Seeker is a prototype platform. Partner-network labels describe Galatiq and Adapter’s own affiliations.

DATED PARTICIPATION RECORD / 2026

From event to research record.

MAY 5–7, 2026Project submitted

EasyA Consensus Miami Hackathon

EasyA · Solana Mobile Seeker

Nullmark was submitted on May 7 under L1brary Labs. The submission describes a mobile prototype built on and for the Solana Mobile Seeker. The receipt establishes submission; technical and compliance claims remain subject to validation.

SEP 25–27, 2026Build records reviewed

Base Power x AITX Talent Hackathon

Base Power Company · AITX · Antler organizing support

Participation approval is supported by organizer correspondence, a team repository invitation, and technical challenge correspondence during the event. Post-event showcase communications provide the follow-up record.

OCT 9, 2026Registration & post-event record

ATX Frontier Hackathon

Obvious AI · Antler VC venue

Organizer logistics identify the event date and Antler venue. A post-event recap supports the event record. Cohort-wide activity totals and winners are not represented as Library Labs results.

OCT 19, 2026Team assignment & onboarding

Grok Bot Hackathon

Galatiq · Adapter · SpaceXSI event context

Galatiq assigned the founder to Team 6. Organizer instructions and Adapter onboarding document the event’s technology context. No award, final submission, or direct commercial partnership is inferred from these records.

OCT 22–23, 2026Team submission documented

Spurs² Hackathon · UT Austin

Hotspur Labs · ScorePlay · Twelve Labs

Team 5 onboarding and a presentation submission establish the team’s build cycle. ScorePlay and Twelve Labs supplied the platform context; the founder confirms Hotspur Labs’ organizing role. The program included representatives of San Antonio Spurs and Tottenham Hotspur.

OCT 26–30, 2026Registration approved

AITX & MLOps World Community Hackathon

AITX · Antler VC venue · Austin Tech Week

An approval email and organizer guide establish a registered place and the scheduled event window. As of October 26, completion, a project submission, and showcase results are not established.

This is an evidence-qualified participation record, not an award list or an exhaustive attendance history. A registration is distinguished from a documented submission. The August 27 Frontier event was excluded because the correspondence recorded a cancellation.

RESEARCH BRIEF

THE RESEARCH RECORD

Every cycle should leave evidence.

A reusable record turns a fast prototype into an inspectable research contribution and a clearer funding decision.

01

Research question

State the problem, user context, and testable hypothesis.

02

Technical innovation

Explain the contribution and distinguish it from existing tools and upstream work.

03

Architecture

Document system boundaries, dependencies, data flows, and operational constraints.

04

Prototype

Link the repository, dated demonstration, and reproducible setup.

05

Experimental results

Record baselines, methods, outcomes, failure modes, and limitations.

06

IP & collaboration

Identify contributors, licenses, background IP, and rights requiring clarification.

07

Commercialization opportunity

Identify a customer problem, possible delivery model, and evidence of demand.

08

Next funding milestone

Define the next experiment, resources, acceptance criteria, and decision gate.
