A shared foundation for research applications, ecosystem programs, strategic partnerships, and venture conversations.

The studio model guides the plan: reusable capabilities live at Library Labs; selected technologies may become focused companies, licensed products, or commercial services. Project rights and terms must support that transition.

THREE COMPLEMENTARY CHANNELS

Match capital to the work.

01

Non-dilutive grants & research programs

Technical experimentation, proofs of concept, applied research, and independent validation.

Pursue only where the studio, project, and proposed costs meet the program’s eligibility and terms.
02

Ecosystem grants & accelerators

Cadence, blockchain infrastructure, developer tooling, and ecosystem-specific research.

Match each application to a documented contribution and milestone; no award or acceptance is implied.
03

Commercial pilots & strategic partnerships

Customer implementations that can generate revenue, usage evidence, and industry relationships.

Agree on scope, evaluation, payment, and rights before treating a prospective engagement as committed.

Venture-specific capital, when justified.

A focused company emerging from the studio may warrant venture capital once its market, technical evidence, team, and capital requirements support that route. Equity investment is not the sole financing assumption for the multidisciplinary portfolio.

ILLUSTRATIVE ANNUAL STUDIO SCENARIO

$350,000 / year

This is a planning scenario, not secured funding, an approved budget, or a company valuation. Proposed shared studio costs are separate from any future venture’s financing round. Project allocations and staffing estimates remain to be validated.
